The MCBA Mentoring Program pairs mentors and mentees for a 24-month session beginning in the fall that is designed to provide young lawyers with guidance in all aspects of the practice of law.

To be a Mentor, you must be either an attorney (who has been practicing law for at least 10 years) or a judge (who is a current member of the judiciary) who is a member in good standing with both MCBA and the Alabama State Bar.

To be a Mentee, you must be an attorney who either has been practicing law for less than 10 years or is expecting to become licensed during the course of the Mentoring Program who is a member in good standing with both MCBA and the Alabama State Bar.

The application deadline is October 29, 2020.

The Mentoring Program will begin November 12, 2020.
