MCBA strives to advance the legal profession and improve legal services on behalf of its members and the public. MCBA serves its members as a regional center for legal professionalism through education, administrative resources, and professional support. MCBA hosts events to foster interaction, communication, and professional opportunities to lawyers in Montgomery and other surrounding counties.

MCBA membership year runs January 1 through December 31.  MCBA's dues structure is based on the number of years of practice and specialty categories (e.g., government attorneys, judges, law students, and legal assistants). Annual dues are billed in December for the following year's membership, and payments can be mailed or paid online with checks, debit cards, and credit cards.
